Tool inputs — text, URLs, file contents and settings you paste or upload into a tool. Almost all of our tools (image, PDF, text, developer and SEO tools) run entirely in your browser, so those inputs never leave your device.
Social downloader URLs — TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and similar URLs you submit are sent to our server (and to the source platform) only to fetch the requested public content. We do not store the URL, the fetched media, or a copy of your download on our servers.
Contact form submissions — if you email us or fill out the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message so we can reply.
Usage analytics — anonymous, aggregated data such as page views, referrer, approximate country, device type, browser and screen size, collected through Google Analytics 4.
Advertising signals — Google AdSense may set cookies or read device identifiers to serve and measure ads (see section 4).
Technical logs — standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) kept for a short retention window for security, abuse prevention and debugging.

Hosting and CDN — the site is hosted on serverless infrastructure that may process request metadata (such as IP address) solely to deliver the response.

5. Data retention

Tool inputs processed in your browser are never transmitted to us. Server-side requests (social downloader lookups) are processed in memory and are not written to a database. Contact form emails are retained for as long as reasonably needed to answer your question. Analytics data is retained according to Google's default GA4 retention settings. Standard server logs are rotated on a short cycle.

6. Children's privacy

ToolFlexPro is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK, the CCPA/CPRA in California, or similar laws elsewhere), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You may also opt out of personalised advertising and analytics at any time. 8. International transfers

ToolFlexPro is operated globally and traffic may be processed in different regions by our hosting provider and by Google. Where required, our service providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards to transfer data.

We serve the site over HTTPS, keep infrastructure patched, and follow reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information we handle. No online service can guarantee absolute security; please do not send confidential information through the contact form.
