DMCA Policy

ToolFlexPro respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) policy explains how copyright owners, or their authorised agents, can notify us of alleged infringement and how we respond to valid notices.

1. What ToolFlexPro does and does not host

ToolFlexPro is a suite of client-side utilities and metadata proxies. We do not upload, host, cache long-term, or redistribute any third-party audio, video, image or document files on our own servers. Social media downloader tools fetch publicly available content from the source platform (for example TikTok, Instagram or Facebook) and stream it directly to the user's device.

Because we do not store the content, most infringement concerns should be reported to the platform that actually hosts the file. That said, if a specific ToolFlexPro page, tool description, blog post, or downloader route is facilitating infringement of your work, we want to hear from you and will act promptly on a valid notice.

2. How to submit a DMCA notice

Send your written notice to toolflexproofficial@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown". Your notice must include the following, or it may be rejected as insufficient under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  1. A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (title, registration number if any, or a representative sample or link).
  2. The exact URL(s) on toolflexpro.com where the alleged infringing material or activity is located.
  3. Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

3. How we respond

Once we receive a complete and valid notice we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt within a reasonable time.
  • Investigate the claim in good faith.
  • Where appropriate, remove or disable access to the offending page or tool, notify the user or partner responsible (if identifiable), and update this policy or our internal filters to prevent recurrence.

4. Counter-notification

If content you posted or contributed was removed following a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Identification of the material removed and its previous URL.
  • Your name, address, phone number and email.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the complainant.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Misuse of the DMCA process

Submitting a knowingly false or bad-faith DMCA notice may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Please do not use this process to silence lawful criticism, satire or fair use.

6. Repeat-infringer policy

ToolFlexPro reserves the right, in appropriate circumstances, to terminate access for users or partners who repeatedly infringe copyright.
