Editorial Policy

How ToolFlexPro researches, writes, reviews and corrects the content and tools on this website. This policy applies to every tutorial, FAQ, How-To and blog post published under the ToolFlexPro brand.

Core principles

  • Every tool is tested on real inputs before it's marked live.
  • Tutorials cite official platform docs (Google, Meta, W3C, etc.) where relevant.
  • Dates on articles reflect the last substantive review, not a cosmetic edit.
  • We fix mistakes openly, never quietly.
  • We disclose affiliations, advertising, and third-party data flows.
  • Advertising never influences editorial coverage or tool rankings.

1. Research & sourcing

Before we publish a tutorial or How-To we consult the official documentation of the platform involved — for example, TikTok's Community Guidelines, Meta's Developer Docs, Google Search Central, or the W3C specification for a browser API. Where we quote a source, we link to it. Where a fact is time-sensitive (rates, quotas, feature availability), we note the review date and re-check it periodically.

2. Writing & review

All content is written or thoroughly edited by our lead editor, Meer Murtaza Shoro. A second review pass checks for accuracy, plain-English phrasing, accessibility (heading order, alt text, contrast) and SEO hygiene (canonical URL, unique meta description, valid schema).

3. Tool testing

No tool goes live until we have tested it on real files or URLs across at least two browsers (Chromium, WebKit) and two form factors (desktop, mobile). Downloader tools are tested against public content on the source platform, not private or restricted media.

4. Corrections

If we get something wrong, tell us at toolflexproofficial@gmail.com. Substantive corrections are dated and, where they change a factual claim, called out in a short note at the top or bottom of the article.

5. Advertising & independence

ToolFlexPro is funded by advertising (Google AdSense). Ads are labelled and placed alongside content — never mixed into tool output. Advertisers have no influence over what we publish, how tools rank, or which platforms we cover. Sponsored content, if it ever appears, will be clearly and prominently disclosed as such.

6. Use of AI

We may use AI assistants to draft outlines, brainstorm examples or transform code samples. Every AI-assisted paragraph is reviewed and edited by a human before publication, and factual claims are verified against primary sources. AI is a helper, not the author of record.

7. Reader feedback

Corrections, feature requests, and tutorial suggestions are welcome. Reach the editor directly at toolflexproofficial@gmail.com.
