Why remove the TikTok watermark?

The default TikTok export bakes a moving watermark and username into every clip. For reposts to Reels, Shorts or a personal archive, a clean MP4 looks far more professional and gets better reach on other platforms.

Step 1 — Copy the video link

Open the TikTok app or website, tap Share on the video and choose Copy Link. Both share and post URLs work.
